Advocating for children of all ages

All children need a safe place to land, people who really care about them and some reasons to be hopeful. For many children, the home environment is now their only sanctuary. At home, they can finally breathe - they are regulated, safe, and understood.

The number of children being taught at home has increased by fifteen percent in the last year. Experts say it is largely down to parents withdrawing their children with mental health or learning difficulties because they cannot get the support they need. Change is desperately needed but real change will only come about through proper reform of how children are taught, mindful of their interests, abilities and motivations.

If you are seeking support to advocate for your child’s education, please get in touch so we can discuss some possible options.
